Questions
Which pumps does it work with?
Stations with a Technotrade PTS-2 forecourt controller, which supports most US dispenser brands. A small PC at the store connects it to OneAccountBook.
What if the internet goes down?
The store hub keeps the registers and pumps working: sales, prepays and shift closes are saved at the store and sent to the books, in order, when the connection returns.
How is Texas sales tax handled?
Motor fuel is not charged sales tax (fuel excise is in the pump price). Groceries are exempt. Candy, soft drinks, tobacco, alcohol and prepared food are taxed at each store's combined rate, up to 8.25%. Confirm your setup with your CPA.
Can I add stores later?
Yes. Request more stores from Settings in the app; your license is raised and you add the station, its tanks and pumps yourself.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Each company's books are separate, and you can export reports and timesheets at any time.
